In this way, Vilans uses knowledge to make care even better. And it enables people who need care and support to live the lives they want.

Implementation and dissemination of knowledge

Vilans employs (implementation) advisers, knowledge managers, researchers and specialists in innovation, technology and process improvement. Drawing on broad expertise in knowledge development, dissemination and application, Vilans works according to the 5V approach: Gathering practical questions, Enriching them into applicable knowledge products, Validating them with professionals and experts by experience, Disseminating them via knowledge platforms, and Connecting knowledge and stakeholders.

Vilans has experience in practice-oriented research and the implementation of knowledge products such as the Dementia Care Standard, and reaches specific target groups via Vilans.nl, Zorgvoorbeter.nl, Zorgstandaarddementie.nl, Geheugenpoliklinieken.nl and social media.
