Kennisnetwerk D-ZEP
The Kennisnetwerk D-ZEP aims to optimise the quality of life for people with dementia and very severe challenging behaviour (D-ZEP). There is still little scientifically based knowledge available on the aetiology and treatment of D-zep. The Knowledge Network makes the existing knowledge available in order to enhance capacity for action and reduce suffering. The Kennisnetwerk D-ZEP also draws up knowledge agendas to systematically develop further knowledge and to focus on and prioritise research into D-Zep.
Unlocking knowledge and helping to apply it
The Kennisnetwerk D-ZEP knows what the most urgent unanswered questions about D-Zep are. The Kennisnetwerk D-ZEP aims to make all (specialist) knowledge, expertise and skills accessible to professionals and carers, to bring them together and help apply them, so that people with D-Zep can lead a pleasant and meaningful life. That is why the Kennisnetwerk D-ZEP is a coalition partner of DEMPACT.
