Call for projects: Power of design and transitions

Would you like to conduct design-based research to find out what knowledge and methods can help you implement and scale up your technological innovation in dementia care? Then check out the call for projects from CLICKNL, a government-backed knowledge and innovation network that contributes to technological innovation and transitions.

There are many innovations that have been shown to work in specific settings, but few that make it past the pilot phase. With the “Design Power & Transitions” call for proposals, CLICKNL offers project teams (researchers, entrepreneurs, and design professionals) the opportunity to carry out a design-based research project.

A total of €3,250,000 in funding is available for up to five projects. Each project can receive up to €650,000 in funding. Private co-funding of at least 20 percent is required.

  • September 18, 2026: submit preliminary application
  • October 30, 2026: submit project idea
  • May 14, 2027: submit project plans and budgets
