Inspiration Session: Strengthening Social Networks

How can we strengthen the social network surrounding people with dementia? During this session, organised by the Dementia Care Standards Programme (Movisie, Vilans, Dementia Network Netherlands), attendees will explore new perspectives on collaboration within the dementia network.

The aim is to provide participants with an understanding of the impact and importance of a strong social network, and how they can contribute from their own roles. Topics covered will include practical tools for strengthening collaboration within the network and better supporting the social network surrounding people with dementia.

Researchers will have the opportunity to share knowledge and relevant research findings during this inspirational meeting, which is aimed at case managers, welfare partners and local authorities, amongst others.
