Are you a junior dementia researcher, working on a data-driven project, for example single cell analyses, microscopy and /or OMICS data? Are you at an early stage of using bioinformatics? And do you have the need to develop your skills and knowledge further? Then apply for this 5-day course, organized by EMBLS’s European Bioinformatics Institute and UK Dementia Research Institute.
This course provides you with the skills to access and analyse dementia data. You will learn to apply bioinformatics methodologies, combine different data types, and utilise relevant dementia data resources, enhancing your research capabilities in the field.
Requirements & costs
- A letter of support from your supervisor or a senior colleague detailing reasons why you should be selected for the course.
- A basic knowledge of the Unix command line, and the R statistical package.
